Bradley believes that environment and apparel can influence mood and disposition. He has used his talent and eye to create beautiful designs for fashion and interiors. Science has proved that there is one timeless evolutionary trait for sexiness: symmetry. Bradley has applied symmetry and balance to everything he does. Bradley strives to create peaceful, harmonic designs to give people refuge from the stresses that life can bring.
He served as Creative Director of Halston and oversaw its resurrection. As member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, he is perhaps best known for his couture line that has graced the figures of Hollywood’s elite, earning him a legion of avid fans including Oprah Winfrey, Anne Hathaway, Halle Berry, Kim Kardashian and Beyoncé. Eager to bring his signature red carpet glamour to the masses, Bradley launched Bradley by Bradley Bayou with QVC and penned the best-selling book that’s been reprinted in six languages, The Science of Sexy.
Bradley has been a featured guest on many television programs including, “The Today Show,” “Good Morning America,” “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “The View,” “CBS Early Show” and “Entertainment Tonight.” He provided expert advice and guidance for home improvement, interior design and fashion. He was the executive producer and host for Lifetime’s show, “Operation Style,” where he tackled home renovations and makeovers.
A Texas native, Bradley is a graduate of Phillips Andover Academy, the University of Texas and Southern Methodist University. He has also studied at the Skowenhgan and Corcoran schools of painting and sculpture, pursuing his life-long passion for fine art. His work has been featured in galleries nationwide.
Bayou splits his time between homes in Los Angeles and New York.
